- 1. How can I restore links that I have deleted accidentally from my account?

All link deletions are logged in the 'My Activity Log' section of your account.
Click on 'My Activity Log' and you will see two drop down selection boxes at the top of the page. You can choose 'All' from the date input and 'Deleted Links' from the second input. This will provide you with a list of all the links deleted from your account. Then you can review the list and choose which links you would like to restore by clicking the 'restore this link' directly from the activity log.
Restored links are placed back in the active links list where you can go in and edit the link details as needed.

If you have added or moved links in your Active Links List and the links are not displaying in your Active Links list the list may need to be refreshed to reflect the changes.
First click on the 'Modify or Delete Active Links' section of your LinksManager account. Then to refresh the list click on the 'Save Changes' button at the top of the Active Links List. This will refresh your list and the new or updated links will appear under their respective categories.
If newly added links are still not appearing after refresh, contact HelpDesk Support for further assistance and make sure to include any sitenames and/or link ID's of the links that are not displaying correctly so we can help you troubleshoot the issue.

- 3. Can I sort my active links list to display in a different order that what is currently seen?

Yes. At the top of the Active Links list, you will see the header row. The header row includes ID#, Website name, and the Reciprocating column. These column headers are hyperlinked. Click the column header hyperlink of your choice to sort by a specific column. Click it again and the order will change from ascending to descending order or reverse.

- 4. What is the difference between an Active Link and a Pending Link?

Pending Links are links submitted by a webmaster through your Add Link page. All links submitted by the webmaster go to the Pending Links list where they await your approval or deletion.
After you approve a Pending Link, it is moved to the Active Links list and it is published on your links pages.
Note: Links that are added to your account through Quick Add or Import Links go directly to your Active Links list.
