There are two places to control the number of links that appear on each page. The first control is under Manage Links -- Set Link Preferences.

There is also an individual category control under each category. Click on 'Add/Modify/Delete Categories' then click on the name of one of your categories and you will see a control for 'Links per Page for this Category'.

Note: The individual category settings will override the link preferences section.

The decision is always up to you. If you allow webmasters to submit the same link to multiple link categories, your links pages will appear to be more "full" in a faster time frame.

If you restrict webmasters submitting links to only one link category, your links pages will seem less full but may be perceived as higher quality since the same links will not appear on multiple pages.

Yes - First, take a look at your Link Preferences in your LinksManager Control Panel. At the bottom of your screen is a set of controls that allows you to specifically set the height and width in pixels of the graphics that can be uploaded. By making the minimum height and width the same as the maximum height and width, you restrict webmasters submitting graphics with their links to one particular size.

The graphic is stored in your account directory on LinksManager's web servers.
